Join us for the WA premiere of 'Gaza: How to Survive a Warzone', a powerful 2025 British documentary offering a raw, unflinching glimpse into daily life in Gaza told through the voices of four young people surviving the Israeli Genocide. The documentary was commissioned and then controversially pulled by the BBC, making this screening an important opportunity to witness the stories and perspectives it shares. This special event is an opportunity to stand in solidarity with people in Palestine and people around the world preparing to set sail on a global mission to break the siege of Gaza.
All proceeds will go directly to supporting the Global Movement to Gaza Australia - Aotearoa where funds raised will be used to purchase boats, humanitarian aid (prosthetic limbs, baby formula, first aid kits, gauze, sanitary products and more) and training for activists. The Global Movement to Gaza is a grassroots movement and part of the Global Sumud Flotilla - a coordinated, nonviolent fleet of mostly small vessels which will sail to Gaza from Mediterranean ports this summer, aiming to break the siege by sea, open a humanitarian corridor, and end the ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people.
