Turning the Ship - 2024 People's Blockade of the Worlds Largest Coal Port
2024 | Australia | Rising Tide

Turning the Ship tells the story of the passion and drive of Australia-wide activism group Rising Tide and the extraordinary 2024 People’s Blockade of the World’s Largest Coal Port in Newcastle, NSW Australia. The highs, the lows and the triumphs!

Nguura Muruy (Forest Camp) - A Front Line Story
2024 | Australia | Sandy Greenwood

Told through the voices of Gumbaynggirr custodians and local allies, Nguura Muruy shares the story of community, courage, and connection to Country. It follows a historic alliance formed to protect sacred land from the threat of native forest logging — and the grassroots victory that followed.

Entry by donation will go to cover costs of the event. Any income left over will be split between Rising Tide and EFFA to support both the People's Blockade 2024 and future environmental screenings.

Tea, coffee and snacks will be available. Tickets are FREE but please register your RSVP, so that we can cater for you and keep you up to date with event details.
