I saw a knob or handle at a local hardware store that I really like but do not see it on your web site?

If you email us your request we can research the cost. We would need the manufacturer and the manufacturer's number (example Richelieu Knob #391300 ). We will research the cost of the hardware and email you back with what we find and you can make a decision from there. Same goes for any type of hardware be it custom Lazy Susans or pull out garbage racks etc.

How easy is it to install the Peel & Stick? Is it something I can do myself or do I need an expert to apply it?

If you are even a little bit handy you can probably handle applying the Peel & Stick products. Just remember to cut your pieces using a sharp utility knife and apply it to a clean and debris free surface (anything that is on the cabinet will show through after the Peel & Stick is applied). And of course measure twice and cut once :)

Shipping Info.

Figuring out shipping is tricky business... we do not want to overcharge you, the customer, but at the same time we don't want to be left with a big bill to cover either.

So what we have done is this...

We charge a flat $25 shipping charge and then for each additional pound it is $1.25. Your order will get shipped through DHL. We will however shop your order around to a certain extent to see if we cannot get you a better shipping rate, if we do find that shipping it through Greyhound or Canada Post is less expensive we will email you the cost comparisons and allow you to make the final decision. We will credit the difference back to you in the case of an overcharge.

Estimated date of shipment will also be given once we receive your order. We will try our best to ship everything within 3 days of you placing your order (knobs, handles and hinges generally will be within this timeframe unless a backorder situation occurs) however because we are a custom manufacturer and deal with other custom manufacturing companies sometimes there are variations in these dates. We will try to stock a certain amount of what we consider standard stock but if this varies from the actual order then a wait period while your order is being produced will occur. If this happens you will be notified as soon as possible of the delay.

• The Wood Electrical Plates could take up to two - three weeks to ship depending on how busy the manufacturer is and how large or custom your order is.
• Peel & Stick Vinyl and Peel & Stick Veneer could take up to a week and half to ship.
• Wood Vents could also take up to two weeks to ship.
• Dovetail drawer boxes could take up to two weeks to ship.

Taxes:

Canadian customers will pay 12% HST on all orders.

Returns:

We do accept returns however they need to be returned to us in the same condition they were shipped to you in. If you have stained a product or cut into it we will be unable to accept it as a return so please review the product prior to altering it in any way to ensure you have the product that best suits your need.

You will be responsible for the return postage on all product being returned that was not shipped defective or non-workable. We do require that you notify the office either by telephone or by email prior to you shipping any unwanted product back to us.
